He appears in the 1918 and 1920 Chandler City Directories as a laborer. His wife was Wessie. In the 1919 directory, he is listed as a mechanic for South West Cotton Co. The 1921 directory said he was a foreman for South West Cotton Gin and lived on Dakota St.
