He is listed in the 1916, 1917, 1918 and 1919 Chandler City Directories as a rancher or farmer. The 1919 directory adds a wife, Annie A. The 1920 and 1921 directories show them living on N. Colorado Street and does not include an occupation for him. The 1923 and 1925 directories gave C. R. Gordon the address R. D.Box 35.
