The 1929 and 1930 directories said was a widow of D. A. and lived at 212 N. California. Also living there were Frank Hayes and Lloyd Hayes.
Lloyd lived with her in 1930.
The 1931 and 1932 directories said Ethel Hays, widow of D.A., lived lived at 215 N. California, along with Lloyd Hayes, Manuel L. Hays and T. Frank Hayes.
Mrs. Ethel Hayes also appears in the 1940 Chandler Resident Directory as living at the rear of west West Cleveland, beyond north North California streets.
