He is listed in the 1920, 1921 and 1923 Chandler City Directories as a laborer, married to Mary. Their home was on Dakota Street.

The 1923 directory gave their address as 130 S. Dakota, the same address where Lawrence D. Brockett lived.

The 1925 directories said he was a janitor at the high school and that he and Mary lived at 130 S. Dakota. In the 1926 directory, they have the same address, but he is just listed as a janitor.

The 1929 directory also shows them living at 130 S. Dakota.

He appears in the 1930 directory as a janitor at the high school, living at 130 S. Dakota with Mary.

The 1931 and 1932 directories just said he was a janitor and gave P. O. Box 143 as their address.
