He is listed in the 1930 Chandler City Directory  as a chauffeur, residing at 137 N. Oregon. Stanford Brooks also lived there.

The 1931 and 1932 directories said he lived at 111 N. Oregon and that Stanford and Carl B. Brooks (and his wife Verna) also lived there.
