He appears in the 1920 Chandler City directory as a clerk at the F & F Service Station. His home was with C. W. Chilton.

The 1921 directory said he was a partner in Chilton & Horne, which operated the Chandler Motor Co. on Washington St. Chilton also lived on Washington St.
