Mr. Collum works for the Russell Confectionary.

-He was arrested on Monday for throwing a dead snake at Arthur L. Brooks, who was so frightened he went into hysterics and lost consciousness.  Mr. Collum was taken to Mesa where he was tried and forced to pay a fine.  (Chandler Arizonan 5/2/1913)
