He is listed in the 1916, 1917, 1918 and 1919 Chandler City Directories as a co-owner of the Curry & Frye pool hall and a resident of Hotel Chandler. No residence is given in the 1918 directory.
The other owner is George Frye.
The pool hall was at 72 S. San Marcos Place in the Andersen Building, built in 1914.
He also appears in the 1920 directory, and the 1921 directory calls him a rancher.
