He is listed in the 1917, 1918, 1919 and 1920 Chandler City Directories as a farmer living on the RFD 1 postal route. (The 1917 directory spelled his name Vigil.)

Mr. Edwards and Otto Holm worked on leveling the land of T.J. Walker three weeks ago.
