He appears in the 1920 Chandler City Directory as a rancher. He and his wife Hannah lived on N. Washington St.

Vesta Ferguson also lived with them, according to the 1920 directory. The 1921 directory called him a carpenter.

The 1923 directory gave their address as 217 N. Washington.

The 1926 directory said they lived on west Boston.
