Hanna, Claude

-Mr. Hanna and H. Callahan bought fixtures and have reopened the pool hall formerly operated by G.H. Glancey.

They have added a fine line of cigars and tobaccos and some confections.

-Mr. Hanna played a snappy game against the Hotel San Marcos mechanics, last Sunday.

-Mr. Hanna and 12 other men at Bob Plenty's food house ate dinner on Monday.  They were served quail and cottontail.  The other diners included S.S. Bradley, F.V.N. Dana, J. Cashman, Turner Jr., Stanley Darrow , Mr. Hibgen, J.T. Reese, B. Chisholm, C. Zeiger, Frank Newman, J.K. Halstead, and G.H. Binkley.  (Chandler Arizonan 1/31/1913)

-Mr. Hanna attended a party thrown by Louise Kohlmeyer at the Wolf home last Thursday.  It was an informal 500 party.  Others at the party were Grace, Ruth, and Paul Johnson, S. Darrow, and Harold Callahan.  (Chandler Arizonan 1/31/1913)

-Mr. Hanna had a close call with a serious injury on Tuesday.  He mistook a horse to be his since they looked alike.  When he was examining the strange saddle and rounding back behind the horse, the horse's hind feet shot out and caught him below the shoulder blade and just missed the bone.    (Chandler Arizonan 2/14/1913)

-Mr. Hanna has bought 20 acres of land in section 27.  He bought the land from Mr. Thews, and will be planting cotton as soon as the land can be put in good condition.  (Chandler Arizonan 2/28/1913)

-Mr. Hanna has been bought out by Harold Callahan at the Chandler Pool Hall, last Thursday.  They have been in business together since last fall and owned the place since December.
