Ida appears in the 1918 Chandler (Arizona) City Directory as the wife of Jasper L. Hayes. In the 1919, 1920, 1921, 1923, 1926, directories, her name is Idella.

The 1925 directory spelled her name Idellar.

The 1929 directory said Idellar and Jasper L. Hayes lived at 199b S. California. The 1930 directory called her Idella J. and gave the same address.

The 1931 and 1932 directories said Idela J. and Jasper lived at the rear of 119 W. Boston, where he also worked.

Della and Jasper Hayes also appeared in the 1940 Chandler Resident Directory.
