She appears in the 1918 Chandler City Directory as wife of Fred C. Jordan, a doctor. The 1919 directory also lists her as president of the Chandler Woman's Club. The 1920 and 1921 directories said they lived on Arizona Avenue near Cleveland.

The 1923 and 1925 directories said she was a High School teacher. The 1926 directory said she was a grammar school teacher.
