He is listed in the 1916, 1917, 1918, 1919, 1923 and 1925 Chandler City Directories  as a physician.

F.C. Jordan,  is listed in the 1917 Chandler directory as president of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce.

The 1918 and 1919 directories also lists his wife as Berma.

The 1920, 1921, 1923, 1925 and 1926 directories say he worked on Commonwealth Avenue, near San Marcos Ave. and that their home was on Arizona
Avenue near Cleveland.

-Dr. Jordan graduated with Dr. K.M. Gilbert at Drake University in 1908.  They spent the last five years in practice, and have decided to start a practice together.

Traveling by autos they took a six week trip looking for a place to set up practice.  When they arrived in Phoenix, they heard of Chandler, and after they visited they decided to stay.

The family is planning to build a new home, but for now is living in a tent.

-Dr. Jordan and Dr. Gilbert examined Mr. Dingus, who was shot, and determined he needed to be sent to the hospital in Mesa.  Mr. Dingus' arm needed to be amputated.  When Mr. Dingus returned to Chandler, they donated their services to his recovery.  (Chandler Arizonan 6/13/1913)
