-Mr. Loftus is a well-known wholesale rug dealer, who is in Chandler this week to plan the installation of carpets and furnishings in the San Marcos Hotel.  His contract calls for several thousands of dollars worth of furnishings.

He has installed the furnishings at the Grand Hotel in San Diego and the Alexandria in Los Angeles.  (Chandler Arizonan 6/20/1913)
