He appears in the 1919 Chandler City Directory as a farmer and in the 1920 and 1921 directories as a rancher.
The 1923, 1925 and 1926 directories said he was a painter and that he and his wife Bessie lived on north Delaware, near east Buffalo. Andrew W. Meehan lived with them (1923).
