-Mr. Modena's wife, daughter, and baby were traveling in from the Chandler ranch in his rig, which was being driven by Mr. Centano with Mrs. Centano as another passenger.  They had stopped near Roscoe's store when the pony suddenly reared, and got tangled in the shafts.  Mrs. Modena received scratches to the face trying to get out while Mrs. Centano was shaken up.  (Chandler Arizonan 3/21/1913)
