Panfrend, Henry

-Mr. Panfrend has been working around Chandler for some time. 

He had entered pump house to see how water was pumped by electricity.  While his back was turned away from the transformer, a bolt of electricity connected with the seat of his pants and burned them out.  That was the only damage done.  His clothes were wet at the time.

The pump house is usually locked, but wandered in when Mr. Eckel's back was turned.  (Chandler Arizonan 8/30/1912)
