The 1921 directory lists him as a rancher and post office clerk.

The 1923 directory just lists his address: R. D. 1, Box 38.

According to the 1925 directory, he was a farmer, living on south Oregon. His wife was Darthena.

The 1926 directory said he was a carpenter, living at 135 S. California with Barthena.

The 1930 and 1931 directories said L. F. Rucker lived on Route 1. He also appears in the 1932 Phoenix Telephone Directory, Chandler section, as living on a ranch and having the phone number 69-J2.
