He appears in the 1930 Chandler (Arizona) City Directory as an owner of the Saba & Romley dry goods store. He lived in Mesa. The 1931 and 1932 directories  said he worked in general merchandise on west Boston and lived in Mesa.

The 1932 directory said his wife was Adele.

The 1940 Chandler Resident Directory said he owned the David Saba Dry Goods Store, and that he and Adel (cq) lived in Mesa.
