He is listed in the 1929 Chandler City Directory as a mechanic. His wife was Mary. They lived at 265 S. Dakota.

The 1930 directory said he was a salesman at Goff Motor Co. and that he and his wife, identified this time as Rhoda M., lived at 283 S. Dakota. The 1931  and directories just said James G. Skousen had the address P. O. Box 116.

He could be the same as James G. Skousen, a World War II veteran.
