Vanley, Larry

Larry was an exceptional basketball player at Chandler High School. A state scorer in the long jump, Larry was awarded a scholarship to Mesa Community College. While attending Mesa Community College, he picked up a new event: the triple jump for which he earned top marks in the country. He earned all American honors while at Mesa Community College, and later at the University of Texas at El Paso. Larry Vanley has coached in El Paso, TX for the past 39 years.
