Wiggins, Kate A.

She is listed in the 1916, 1917, 1918 and 1919 Chandler City Directories as the wife of James R. Wiggins.  The 1920 directory said she was a widow of J. R. and that Catherine Wiggins lived with her on Dakota St.

The 1923 directory said she and Dixie Wiggins lived at 124 S. Dakota.
