He appears in the 1926 Chandler City Directory as a student, living at 350 N. California, the same address as Ralph E. Yontz and Nettie Yontz.

The 1929 directory said they lived at 399 N. California.

The 1931 directory changed Yontz to Jontz. However, Sydne E Yontz is listed as the secretary of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce, living at 399 S. California.

The 1932 directory said Sydne E. was secreatry of the chamber of commerce and had the same home address.
