10. Farm Security Administration Cooperative Farm

During the Great Depression, the Farm Security Administration set up a cooperative farm north of Chandler’s downtown to give work to farmers.  In the photo, a farmer feeds dairy cows, and in the background chicken coops are visible.  Russell Lee photographed the dairy farm in May of 1940.
