Price Road Corridor, 2018

Innovation and technology hub of the Southwest

The Price Corridor is an example of how Chandler’s strategic investment in infrastructure and long-term planning can positively shape a community. The employment center has become a hotbed for leading-edge companies thanks to its prime location at the intersection of Loop 101 and Loop 202, access to an educated workforce, high capacity utilities, preserved employment sites, well-placed parks and numerous residential options.

As the “Innovation and Technology Hub of the Southwest,” Chandler is a destination for global industry leaders and exciting startups. In 2018, Price Corridor was home to 542 businesses with 40,410 employees, about 35% of all jobs in Chandler. The commercial real estate mix includes Class "A" office, executive office suites, light industrial parks, mixed-use projects, and corporate campus settings. Stretching from Ray Road at the north end to Ocotillo Road at the south end, the corridor includes Intel, Wells Fargo, PayPal, Northrop Grumman, Mircochip Technology, Bank of America, Safelite AutoGlass, General Motors, Pearson, and many more.
