-Mrs. W.G. Barackman and her husband are entertaining a number of visitors at their ranch south of town. The visitors include the Doctor's brother, Arthur M. Barackman, and Miss Jesse Barackman, both of Streetor, Illinois. Also Debbie E. Hill of Chicago, Illinois, who is an aunt of Mrs. Barackman, for a few weeks visit. (Chandler Arizonan 3/7/1913)

-Mrs. Barackman had a bad fall on Tuesday while out picking figs. She had climbed on an oil can box; the box slipped and threw her off with considerable force against one edge causing her to go unconscious.
