Reliable Hardware Company

Reliable appears in the 1917, 1918, 1919, 1920, 1921 and 1923 Chandler City Directories  with Alva T.. Morgareidge as its manager. J. D. Thorn was also listed as an owner along with Morgareidge. (1920, 1921)  The store was on Boston, near San Marcos Place.

An ad in the 1920 directory said the business offered hardware, implements, furniture, paints, gas engines, pipe and fittings, harness and pumps. Phone number was 11.

Thbe 1925 directory said A. T. Morgareidge was president, and J. W. Morgareidge was secretary-treasurer. 

The 1926 directory said A. T. Morgareidge was manager.

The 1929 directory said Alva Morgareidge was the manager and that the business offered "Hardware, China Ware, Furniture, Stoves, Paints, Linoleum" and was at 17 W Boston, with Tel. 11

The 1930 and 1932 directories showed the same manager and location.

Reliable is also listed in the 1932 Phoenix Telephone Directory, Chandler section, with the phone number 11.
