Russell Confectionary

-The store will be in Robert Plenty's old building on San Marcos Place that used to be a dining room.  It will be converted into an up-to-date candy shop.  The building has been moved so that it will adjoin to the new bank home.

D.F. Russell, owner, went to Phoenix early in the week to buy the stock of goods.  He expects to be open on Saturday, and has a partner who is an expert in the candy business.

The store will have an ice cream parlor for the ladies.  Cold drinks and ice cream soda will be served.  (Chandler Arizonan 4/4/1913)
