He appears in the 1920 Chandler City Directory as a laborer, living with W. H. Hoggard.
He also appears in the 1926 directory, as living on north Dakota.
The 1931 and 1932 directories said he was a laborer, living at 275 N. Dakota with Arizona D. Hoggard, a widow of W. H. Hoggard. Also living there was James W. Hoggard.
Likely that he is also Martin J. Haggard and that Hoggard is a spelling error, or that Haggard is the spelling error.
