Hoggard, James W.

He appears in the 1919 Chandler City Directory as a farmer. 

The 1920 directory lists James W. Hoggard as a cement worker, married to Elbe. They lived on California St.

The 1926 directory said he was a machinist and that he and Elbie lived on North Dakota.

The 1931 and 1932 directories said James W. Hoggard was a mechanic, living at 275 N. Dakota with Arizona D. Hoggard and Martin J. Hoggard.
