-Mr. Shepley is from Brookline, Massachusetts, and has bought Lot 501.

-Mr. Shepley has bought 40 acres from the Chandler Improvement Company in section 15. The deal was handled by Mr. Smith.
He has been looking at land all over the Valley, and finally settled on Chandler.
