Shepley, G. F.

-Mr. Shepley is from Brookline, Massachusetts, and has bought Lot 501.

He may build on the land, but is unsure of what line of endeavor he wants to go in.  He may also buy some ranch land.  (Chandler Arizonan 4/18/1913)

-Mr. Shepley has bought 40 acres from the Chandler Improvement Company in section 15.  The deal was handled by Mr. Smith.

He has been looking at land all over the Valley, and finally settled on Chandler.

He also represents several interests from out east, and will be putting them on the market including a portable bathtub.  (Chandler Arizonan 5/2/1913)
