He appears in the 1923, 1925 and 1926 Chandler City Directories as living with his wife Cecelia on Delaware, at a corner with Cleveland.
The 1929 directory said they lived at 121 N. Colorado.
The 1931 and 1932 directories said Charles was a janitor for Brown Chevrolet Co. and that he and Cecilia lived on north Colorado.
He could be the same as C.D. Stewart.
