The 1916 Chandler City Directory lists her as widow of S.H.B. and a resident with C.S. McGhee. She is also listed in the 1917, 1918  and 1919 directories  as a widow but her residence is not included. The 1920, 1921 and 1923 directories said she lived on Dakota Street.

-Mrs. Denny of Idaho has set up residence in Chandler.  For the moment, she is living in a tenthouse until she is ready to build as she desires.  She is located just north of the hotel.  (Chandler Arizonan 4/4/1913)
