Fleming, E. J.

Mr. Fleming, of Los Angeles, has been in Chandler the last few days making plans to install the kichen of the San MArcos Hotel.  It will contain the latest electrical devices and all modern improvements for an up to date hotel.

He installed the famous kitchen of Gass Bros. in Phoenix, which is able to serve 2,000 meals a day.  (Chandler Arizonan 6/20/1913)
