Mr. Marsh fell out of a swing and received a gash to his mouth which required several stitches. When he landed he hit an iron pulley. Dr. K.M. Gilbert took care of the wound on Tuesday. (Chandler Arizonan 6/27/1913)

Mr. Marsh attended a party hosted by Mrs. Edwards for having good attendance for Sunday School. He missed no more than three days in the last three months. At the party, they played games, and was served ice cream and cake. The party was last Friday. (Chandler Arizonan 7/4/1913)
