-Mr. Roscoe, wife, Josephine, and daughter, Irene, made a pleasant trip in their auto to Phoenix on Sunday.  (Chandler Arizonan 1/24/1913)

-From the Phoenix Gazette:

Mr. Roscoe will be running a wholesale business from his new Reo 1914 truck, which he purchased from the Walter Hill Produce Company.  The company says it can hold 3,000 pounds of goods, but Mr. Roscoe says it can easily do 4,000 to 5,000 pounds.  Starting on Monday, he will leave Phoenix in his truck for Sacaton, and sell any of his goods on the way back and forth between the two towns.  He will keep his Flanders "20" at the Carr Auto Company during his absence.
