373 S. Colorado Street is a residential address located on the southeast corner of Folley Street and Colorado Street.

Heavyweight boxer Zora Folley owned the house from the mid-1950s until his death in 1972. His widow, Joella Arbuckle Folley, lived in the house until her death in 2011. The Folley family sold the house in 2020.
