Harris, OD

Councilmember OD Harris began his first term as a City of Chandler Councilmember in January 2021. He is a proud U.S. Army Veteran and ready to serve the city of Chandler.  Councilmember Harris is a successful entrepreneur, a best-selling author, and a philanthropist.

Councilmember Harris has an undergraduate and Master’s Degree in Accounting. As a Councilmember, OD serves on local, regional, and national committees and boards.  He is a proud husband to his wife Elizabeth and they have four children.
