-Mr. Peel is a rancher living a mile south of Chandler.

Zona and Zola Peel, daughters of Mr. Peel, with Clifford and Clyde Arnold, were riding in a one buggy when their horse became frightened and bolted.  The horse jumped a small ditch, and ran into a barbed wire fence.

Zola was thrown between the wheels, and was badly shaken up and had bruises around the face.  Zona jumped and escaped unhurt.

The horse was badly cut from the fence.  The boys were uninjured.  (Chandler Arizonan 3/7/1913)

Mr. Peel has exchanged his contract with the Chandler Improvement Company for a deed to his land.  (Chandler Arizonan 6/27/1913)

-He appears in the 1917 ,1918 and 1919 Chandler City Directories as a farmer and in the 1920 directory as a rancher.
