B. W. Walker appears in the 1923 and 1925 Chandler City Directories with the address: R. D. 1, Box 103.

The 1929 and 1930 directories said Bailey W. Walker was a farner or rancher, living with his wife Pennie at 313 N. Colorado.

Also living there were John H. Walker,  Mack C. Walker and Mitchell Walker (1929, 1930) and, in 1930, Virginia L. Walker.

The 1931 directory listed Pennie as his widow.
