Wilson, Ric

Rick played at Chandler High School from 1974 to 1977, where he was a solid performer in baseball and basketball. After graduating he went to Mesa Community College where he became a JUCO All American. From there he went to ASU and was a member of the 1981 NCAA Champions. He was drafted by the Seattle Mariners and was a player and coach for the organization for ten years. He served as a scout for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim for several years, and was promoted to scouting director in 2010.
