Bade, Lewis

-Mr. Bade was part of a rescue party that helped rescue four people from a car accident in the Eastern Canal.  In the vehicle with him were B.C. Rinear, Mr. and Mrs. L.J. Montgomery, and Marie Eldridge.

The rescued were J.B. Barnett, Dr. M.E. Gibbons, 10 year old daughter of S.W.J. Bowen, and Mrs. Bennett.  (Chandler Arizonan 12/20/1912)

-At the box social, he was able to capture one of the boxes.  (Chandler Arizonan 2/28/1913) 

-Mr. Bade left town shortly after being questioned about some shady checks transactions.  He is to be believed the same man arrested in Greenville, SC for passing worthless checks.

He worked for awhile in Chandler, and when the man in SC was arrested he claimed to be from Phoenix.  (Reposted from the Arizona Republican in the Chandler Arizonan 8/15/1913)
