He appears in the 1923 Chandler (Arizona) City Directory as living on Delaware, near Boston. His wife was Lydia.

Several people lived with them, including Mrs. Lina Bradley (1923, 1925) and Laureno and Teresa Buelna (?) (1923)

The 1925 and 1926 Chandler City Directories said he and Lydia lived on South Delaware. Lena Delci lived with them, according to the 1926 directory.

The 1929 directory gave their address as 152 S. Colorado.

Living with them, according to the 1929 directory were:  Lena Delci, Manuel Delci, Mercedes Delci, Oscar Delci and his wife Lola Delci, and Robert Delci.

The 1931 and 1932 directories said he was a laborer and that he and Lydia lived at 118 S. Delaware. Also living there was Robert Delci. The 1940 Directory said Lydia M. Delsi was the widow of Hilario.
