Heffner, J. Wayne

He is listed in the 1916, 1917, 1918 and 1919 Chandler City Directories as an owner of the Holdren & Heffner garage. The other owner is Oris or Ori Holdren. The 1918 directory also lists his residence as the Suhwaro Hotel.

The 1920 and 1921 directories said he was an owner of Chandler Garage and lived at the Suhwaro Hotel in 1920 and on north Washington St. in 1921.

The 1923, 1925 and 1926 directories said he worked at a service station or garage on Arizona Ave. and lived one mile east and 1/4 mile north. His wife was Rena M. The 1930 directory said Wayne Heffner was general manager of Arizona Investment Service in Phoenix.

-Mr. Heffner attended a party celebrating Hazel A. Osborne's birthday at the Adams Hotel.
