Purchased 40 acres from the Chandler Improvement Company with this Warrenty Deed on June 24, 1913. They had a mortgage agreement with the Chandler Improvement Company for $4,500.

E. Kurth is listed in the 1917 and 1918 Chandler City Directories  as a farmer.

-Mr. Kurth purchased 40 acres in section 15, 2-S, 5-E.  His place is near Mr. Parkinson, and he plans to start improvements right away.  (Chandler Arizonan 4/25/1913)
