V. appears in the 1917 Chandler City Directory  as living on the RFD 1 mail route. A farmer named simply La Pagtlia also appears in the 1918 directory.

The 1923 and 1925 directories give V.'s address as R. D. 1, Box 45.

V. LaPaglia  is listed in the 1930 directory as living on Route 1. The 1931 and 1932 directories said V. LaPoglia lived on Route 1.
