Jesus appears in the 1931  and 1932 Chandler (Arizona) City Directories with the address P. O. Box 505.

The 1940 Chandler Resident Directory said Jesus Marquez owned the grocery store La Flor de Sacatecas Store. His wife was Panfila Aro, and they lived on Highway 87.
