He appears in the 1930 Chandler (Arizona) City Directory as a mechanic, working for Frank Fogal.

The 1931 and 1932 directories  also said he was a mechanic , working for Frank Fogel or Fogal. He and his wife Aleta lived at 357 N. Delaware.
